Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, hope your day is filled with family, friends, good times and of course more food than should ever be consumed! :)  It's been a hard year for my family with the loss of my dad and my uncle but there is still so much to be thankful for.

 Today I am thankful that we live in a country where we can afford to have the ridiculous amount of food that we are going to chow upon today.  I could eat till I burst and there will still be food left to eat tomorrow.  I'm thankful that I have never had to know what it's like to go without.  And I hope that those who have had to go without have a place to go today were they can fill their bellies!

OMG BBQ

Seth Cohen (Grand Am friend turned family) was in town this past weekend/week from the Philly/New Jersey area and with him he brought us wing sauce from Quaker Steak & Lube, Wing sauce from Anchor Bar, and Bar-B-Que Sauce from Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. Tonight we had some boneless pork chops to cook so we decided to try one of the new BBQ sauces  he brought us.  We went with the Roasted Garlic Honey pictured here:

All I have to say is YUM!  Dare I say, it knocks my favorite Sweet Baby Rays out of the water!  A+ Seth, A+!
